I want to thank all of the parade volunteers, the police officers, and the first responders for their participation and strong efforts in adding to the success of Saturday’s Parade. Their presence and attention were a valued addition to the success of the event. From my place on the Reviewing stand I was so impressed by the energy and the enthusiasm of the parade marchers and the bands. They admirably shrugged off the raindrops and put their best foot forward! I am very grateful for their support and commitment. The honor of leading the 45th Morris County St. Patrick’s Day Parade, seeing the smiling faces along the parade route accompanied by the sounds of the marching bands will truly be a lasting memory.
